  Note: If you are unable to view the training modules in QuickTime format, please do the following:

  1. Open the module using QuickTime to launch the player.
  2. Under the Edit menu, select "Preferences" and then "QuickTime Preferences".
  3. Select the "Advanced" tab at the top.
  4. Under "Media Types", check the box next to "Enable playback of Flash tracks". This is unchecked by default.
