Travel Advisory
Actel strongly recommends that students purchase refundable airline
tickets for travel to Mountain View, CA. Actel reserves the right to
cancel, reschedule, or combine classes at any time and is not responsible
for any fees or losses with travel providers as a result.
Course Location
Classes are held at Actel headquarters. However, students in North America who cannot travel to Actel may attend any course remotely.

Classes begin at 8:30 AM and end at approximately 5:30 PM. Please allow
for extra time when you arrive at Actel to check-in with the receptionist
so you can obtain a temporary badge. An Actel employee will escort you
to the training room location between 8:00 and 8:30 AM.
Like most computer lab environments, the classroom can often be a bit
cool. While we do our best to keep the environment comfortable, we would
suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater.
Actel provides students with breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack,
but feel free to bring your own food. For any special meal requirements,
such as vegan or vegetarian entrees, please note them on your registration
form.
Accommodations
Actel recommends students stay at Dinah's Garden Hotel in Palo Alto
because of its close proximity to Actel. In addition, Dinah’s Garden
Hotel offers a corporate rate if you register before the class registration
cutoff date and request the hotel reservation on your registration form.
Please note that Dinah's Garden Hotel will not honor the corporate rate
if you call the hotel directly.

If you do not wish to rent a car, you may take a taxi from the San Jose
Airport to the hotel and back, which is approximately 6 miles each way.
The San Francisco Airport to the hotel is approximately 30 miles each
way.
Each class day, Actel will provide an onsite continental breakfast and
lunch.
