• Advanced Search

With Advanced Search, you can search only for pages and/or documents:

• Containing all the search terms you type in
• Containing the exact phrase you type in
• Containing at least one of the words you type in
• NOT containing any of the words you type in
• Provided in a certain file format

Use the following guidelines to enhance your search results:

• The search ignores common words and characters, such as where, the, how, and other digits and letters that slow down your search without improving the results. If a common word is essential to getting the results you want, you can include it by putting a plus sign (+) in front of it. (Be sure to include a space before the "+" sign.)
• To find pages that include either of two search terms, add an uppercase OR between the terms.

• File Format: specify the file format of the items in the search results
• Occurrences: specify where the search term(s) occur — anywhere on the page, in the title, or in the URL
• Categories: specify which collection to search in
  • Knowledge Base: known issues, solutions, FAQs, and tips & tricks
  • Datasheets: technical specifications for Actel device features and electrical characteristics
  • Handbooks: all-inclusive document to help designers understand and use Actel's devices
  • Application Notes: illustrate specific design solutions and methodologies
  • User's Guides & Manuals: documentation for software tools, programming software, and development kits and boards
