Products
Embeddetech Micro Solutions offers a single-chip solution, the ISU-USB, which can be configured and customized to provide USB serial port (device mode) or USB thumb drive (host mode) functionality to a system microprocessor or FPGA, over a UART interface. The ISU-USB can also function as an Actel FPGA programmer in either USB serial port or thumb drive mode, allowing Actel FPGAs to be updated in the field. Multiple FPGA images may be stored and used for dynamic FPGA reprogramming. The ISU-USB may be effortlessly implemented into any system, providing in-system FPGA programming and updating capability. The ISU-USB has two UART interfaces available for UART or RS-232 programming or providing system interface to the USB functionality.
