USB 2.0 Device
The Arasan USB 2.0 Device IP Core supports up to 30 configurable IN/OUT
non-control endpoints. Each non-control endpoint has an endpoint controller
that supports interrupt, bulk, and isochronous transfers.
USB 2.0 Host
The Arasan USB 2.0 Host IP Core consists of an Enhanced Host Controller
Interface (EHCI) and a companion Open Host Controller Interface (OHCI).
With the addition of optional ULPI Wrappers, the Arasan USB 2.0 Host
IP Core can be connected directly to standard UTMI or 8-bit ULPI transceivers.
USB 2.0 OTG
The Arasan USB 2.0 OTG IP Core is compliant with the OTG Supplement Rev.
1.0a. The IP Core consists of the USB 2.0 Host Controller and Device
Controller with OTG functionality. Operating as a peripheral or B-device,
it supports HS and FS modes. Optional AHB, PCI, and Custom buses are
available to provide a high-speed connection to the USB interface.
USB 2.0 Hub
The Arasan USB 2.0 Hub IP Core consists of the Hub Controller, Hub Repeater,
Transaction Translators, Routing Logic, and Downstream Ports. The Hub
Controller controls the operation of the USB hub by interpreting both
the USB commands and Hub class specific commands.
SD2.0/MMC4.1/CE-ATA Host
The Arasan SD2.0/MMC4.1/CE-ATA Host IP Core (CE-ATA 2) supports host interfaces including AHB, APB, PCI, and other custom buses. It is designed to support SD / SDIO / MMC / CE-ATA multimedia applications in handheld and consumer electronic devices.
SDIO Version 2.0 Device
The Arasan SDIO Version 2.0 Device IP Core controls the communication between devices connected to the SD/SDIO bus and devices connected to the optional AHB/APB, parallel, BVCI, or SPI buses. The flexible architecture of the Arasan SDIO Device IP Core allows the support of a wide range of portable low-power applications such as the 802.11 devices, GPS, WiMAX, UWB, etc.
