Libero IDE v9.1 Service Pack 4 (SP4) Release Notes
(October 31, 2011)
Thank you for your interest in Microsemi's Libero Integrated Design Environment (IDE) v9.1 SP4.
If you have already installed v9.1 SP3, you may not need to install SP4. Install SP4 if you design Axcelerator devices or require access to the new SmartFusion 060 144 TQFP device.
Libero SoC v10.0 will be available in November for customers designing ProASIC3, IGLOO, SmartFusion and Fusion devices.
Service Pack 4 must be installed on top of Libero v9.1 or any previous Libero v9.1 SP.

22684 - No driver support for Windows 7 64-bit operating systems.
GLC and FAB_CLK (FCLK/2 or FCLK/4) synchronization
In Libero 9.1 SP2 & later releases, when both GLC and FAB_CLK are configured to be used by FPGA Fabric and GLC frequency is less than FCLK, for some configurations FAB_CLK will be out of phase with GLC. There is no solution available for this issue at this time. For more details and workaround visit KI8852: http://www.actel.com/kb/article.aspx?id=KI8852
Refer to System Requirements for information regarding operating system and minimum system requirements.
Libero IDE v9.1 SP4 must be installed on Libero IDE v9.1 or any previous 9.1 SP. After installing SP4, your Libero IDE version will be 9.1.4.0.
