Designer v8.1 SP1 Release Notes

Output Drive Strength Fix for AGL030 and A3P030
The output drive strength issue for AGL030 and A3P030 devices reported in Designer v8.1 release notes (issue 72166) is fixed in SP1.
Support on Windows 2000 and Linux RedHat 3.0 ends with Designer v8.1 and v8.1 SP1.
Disk ID license versions of Designer run on Windows Vista. Full Windows Vista support is planned for Q2 2008.

Designer v8.1 SP1 requires a current Designer v8.0 license.
Register for a free Designer Evaluation or Gold license, or contact your local Actel Sales office to purchase a Designer Platinum license.
Unless otherwise noted, these issues apply to all devices.
72696 – SP1 missing browse-to dialog during installation. If Libero IDE/Designer v8.1 installation directory was renamed or re-mapped to a different drive letter after installation, Libero IDE/Designer v8.1 SP1 will not be able locate it due to a missing browse-to feature.
If the installation directory of Libero IDE v8.1 must be renamed, make sure the path is consistent with the PATH value for registry keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Actel\Libero\v8.1 (for Libero IDE) or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Actel\Designer\v8.1 (for Designer).
