52263 - Fusion Flow EFC file generation details:
EFC files are created automatically by the Flash Memory System Builder (launched from within SmartGen) when you generate a core. The EFC file contains all the Embedded Flash Memory partitions defined by each client of the Flash Memory System. FlashPoint uses the EFC file to create the STAPL file that programs the embedded Flash memory.

SmartGen and the Flash Memory System Builder create only one EFC file per Embedded Flash Memory System. A Fusion device may contain from 1-4 embedded Flash memories. You must use the FlashPoint user interface to associate each embedded Flash memory in the design with an EFC file.

SmartGen generates a configuration file with an .efc extension in the / /smartgen/ directory. During STAPL file generation, you can include this .efc file by checking the "Embedded Flash Memory" option in the FlashPoint dialog box. After selecting this option, you need to manually browse and specify the location of this file by clicking the "Embedded Flash Memory Configuration File" text box in the FlashPoint dialog. STAPL file generation will fail if the location of the .efc file is not correctly specified.

Note the following change in STAPL file location: When you browse and specify the location of the .efc file, the STAPL file will be generated in that same location (i.e., the location you specified for the .efc file.) If you later modify the location of the .efc file, the STAPL file will then be saved in the new .efc location. If you want to change the STAPL location, you can use the Browse button to change the destination folder for the STAPL file.

52264 - The Flashpoint programming file generator User Interface shows the incorrect family name. For a Fusion design, when you click on the Programming File generation, the User Interface opens and displays a family name other than AFS Fusion. This will be fixed in a future release.

52265 - The .efc file is not managed by Libero. When Flash Memory System Builder file is generated in SmartGen and the .efc (Embedded Flash Configuration) file is generated, the .efc file is not shown in the Libero Project Manager, although it is part of the project. This will be fixed in a future release.
