Designer v6.0 SP1 Release Notes
Thank you for your interest in Actel's Designer v6.0 SP1 physical implementation
software. These release notes outline new features and benefits, new device
support, known limitations, and other detailed information about this release.
This Service Pack enables AFM (Programming File) generation for RTAX250S,
RTAX1000S and RTAX2000S devices.
Axcelerator AX and RTAX-S Timing Data Update
AX Timer has been updated to better correlate with actual silicon. AX
users may notice some changes in Timer results with this release, but these
changes are expected to be small (on the order of +/- 3%). Any AX design
using a dash 3 speed grade must be re-evaluated with the SP1 Timer. Customers
with questions on timing changes should please call Actel Technical Support
for assistance.
Designer v6.0 SP1 requires a current Designer v6.0 license.
Items in this section relate to previously published workarounds
for known issues. Workarounds are no longer required for the following
issues:
