Silicon Sculptor v4.64.1 Windows Release Notes

Silicon Sculptor Windows v4.64.1 is a new special release of the Silicon Sculptor software for supporting both the Silicon Sculptor II and Silicon Sculptor 3 programmer. This release is intended for programming SX devices. You will have been informed of this special release via email. If you do not program SX devices, there is no need to download this update and you may continue using the v4.64.0 general release. Do not download this special release if you have not received an email instructing you to do so.
This release features everything in the 4.64.0 general release as well as additional items.
Actel always recommends upgrading to the latest general release version of the Silicon Sculptor software. Upgrading to a special release should only be done if notified by email.
Note
RT54SX-S and RTSX-SU
Starting with the v4.50.0 release and including all subsequent releases, RT54SX-S and RTSX-SU products require the Silicon Sculptor II programmer to program. Programming RT54SX-S and RTSX-SU products with Silicon Sculptor I has been discontinued.
SX-A
Starting with the v4.53.0 release and all subsequent releases, programming enhancement to SX-A devices is implemented with the enhancement previously included in RT54SX-S and RTSX-SU devices. For all SX-A devices, new AFMs are available with the Libero IDE/Designer v6.2 SP1 release. The v4.53.0 release of Silicon Sculptor software can take advantage of these AFMs by automatically using new programming conditions previously only available in the RadTolerant family of devices. Older AFMs may continue to be used and the software will automatically use the older programming conditions in this case. Silicon Sculptor II must be used to program with these new enhancements. A reduced but enhanced set of programming conditions is used for programming all SX-A devices on Silicon Sculptor I programmers.

- For Windows 2000 and Windows XP systems, you must have administration
rights to the local workstation for installation purposes.

- SARno65563: Resolved programming yield issue on A54SX72A devices where devices would fail programming with the error message "Failed program. Antifuse 80xxx pulse 1000".
- SARno60481: Add PV_NVCC test for A54SX32-PQ208I. Test added for all A54SX08, A54SX16, A54SX16P and A54SX32.
- SARno60306: Add EIT (Enhanced Integrity Test) and POI (pumpOn-Icca Test) to A54SX08, A54SX16 and A54SX32
