  • SAR 30556: Button overlap in Configure dialog.
  • SAR 31584: Checking IDCODE and displaying correct expected value.
  • SAR 31582: Fails device ICDODE test for an APA150 when using ISP.
  • SAR 33395: AX2000/RTAX2000S designs generated on v5.0 SP1 or earlier must go through re-layout in Libero/Designer v5.1 before generating an AFM file. Please use Libero IDE v5.1 or Designer software v5.1 or higher to generate an AFM file for any AX2000/RTAX2000S device.

Known Issues and Workarounds

  • SAR 29998: The stand-alone secure command does not function. When you secure the device (lock or permanent lock), the error message, "Action Name Invalid" appears. This is intended behavior.
  • SAR 30695: In Silicon Sculptor software 3.75 DOS (16 bit), the self-test is failing for all SMPA modules.
Workaround: The self-test does not fail on any modules. The ISP module self-test gives the following message, "Testing Current regulators: You must install SM48D or SM48DB before continuing." After you install the SM48D or SM48DB module, the self-test continues.
  • SAR 30558: In Windows, the Path + Filename doesn't always fit into the text field.
  • Design Name Readback for Flash devices - support for this feature through STAPL programming will be available in a future version of the software.
