Silicon Explorer Software Version 4.1 Release Notes
Version 4.1 is a complete executable upgrade from the previous Silicon
Explorer versions that adds support for RT54SX-S and A54SX72A devices.
SX-A
There was a known issue that prevented probing SX72A devices on previous
versions of the Silicon Explorer. When you try to probe a device, you
would not be able to read the checksum or read any data from the device.
This has been resolved in version 4.1
RT54SX-S
Probe support for the following devices has been added:
Known Limitations
Randomly when reading the checksum of a FPGA with Silicon Explorer,
the Explorer window will go into a confused state where the "Acquire"
/ "Auto Run" buttons and the "Stop" button will
toggle their enabled state.
Workaround: Clicking on the "Acquire" button and then the "Stop"
button will take the Silicon Explorer out of this state.
