FlashPro Known Issues & Workarounds

35009 - No driver support for Windows 7 64-bit operating systems.

28759 - SVF/1532 programming is not supported for A3PE1500 Rev A devices.

  • To identify A3PE1500 Rev. A devices locate the date code written on the top of the device. A date code of 4307 or lower identifies A3PE1500 Rev A.
    • Format: <weekOfTheYear><Year>. Example: 0510, would be week 5 of 2010.

6871 - Cannot load the same PDB for multiple devices or copy and paste

Workaround: Use STAPL files. Generate STAPL files from Libero software or FlashPro.

32789 - Workaround for SmartDebug eNVM TCL commands in STAPL flow

eNVM TCL commands fail using STAPL file. Most designers use design-generated PDB file. However, if the PDB file is not available, you can create an express PDB file and run eNVM TCL commands using that file.
