Actel Expands Solution Partners Program with Four New Members
Partners to Provide New Design Services, EDA Tools
and Application Software for Customers Using Actel FPGAs
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., February 14, 2005 —
Actel
Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTL), a leading provider of programmable logic
solutions, today announced four new partners have joined the company's
Solution Partners Program, bringing total participation to 22 members.
The program brings together leading providers of design services, embedded
software and hardware products, forming a comprehensive support network
for Actel FPGAs. The Solution Partners Program provides customers with
access to experienced third-party resources that can help them quickly
overcome design challenges and get their Actel-based designs to market
faster. The new partners announced today are Altium Limited, Data I/O
Corporation, Device Engineering Inc. and GAO Research Inc.
"Actel understands that customers need system-level solutions,
not just a hardware platform, in order to bring products to market quickly," said
Yankin Tanurhan, senior director, applications and IP solutions at Actel. "We
are very pleased with the success of the Solution Partners Program and
the access that it gives our customers to proven sources for the IP,
tools, software and design resources they need to quickly and successfully
develop their products."
